JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Quantifying Material Requirement for the project.Preparation of Comparative statements, Reconciliation.Should be experience in Preparation of bar-bending schedules as per drawings.Should have strong knowledge of various thumb rules and ratios for civil construction items such as cement consumption, reinforcement consumption, etc.Should be experienced in preparing, checking and certifying civil construction running and final bills.Should be experienced with reconciliation of cement, steel and other free supply material.Should be experienced in Costing and Tender Submissions.Should be able to prepare rate analysis for civil construction items.Quantity take-off must be supported by measurement sheets and hand sketches.Should be proficient in spreadsheet / Microsoft excel functions.Should have a good proficiency in reviewing and taking measurements/dimensions from AutoCAD drawing files.Should be able to take off accurate quantities from construction / GFC drawings ·Quantity take-off must be supported by measurement sheets and hand sketchesREQUIRED SKILLS: Should have good mail communication skill.QUALIFICATION: B.E (CIVIL)REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-8 YEARSJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 01/03/2022
