Full Job Description :-
The Breakers Palm Beach is looking for a self-confident, independent, and engaging individual to work in a fast-paced recruitment, and results-driven office. Responsible for the interviewing and placement of team members throughout all levels of the organization while creatively sourcing and placing talent. The Recruiting Manager will interview daily, review applicant submissions, and proactively establish relationships in a goal-oriented and dynamic environment. This position will require travel within the United States (approximately 20%).
In addition to the above, this individual should possess the following:
Creative and confident demeanor
Superior organizational skills
Collaborative; persuasive approach
Sense of urgency for goal achievement
Ability to work in a faster-than-average pace environment; multi-tasking, Independently manage recruiting desk
Assume responsibility for decision making
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
Bilingual and fluent in Creole and/or Spanish, preferred
