The regulatory Reporting team contributes to a number of external reporting disclosures including the preparation of financial regulatory disclosures included within the Annual Report, COREP and Pillar 3. This involves supporting the design and implementation of governance requirements as well as establishing themselves as an SME and managing stakeholder relationships with internal stakeholders. What will you be doing? Responsible to drive the implementation of best practice governance standards to support the financial regulatory disclosuresEnsure BAU governance deliverables are metProvide governance SME support to key stakeholdersProvide support for financial regulatory reporting deliverables What we’re looking for: University degree or equivalentQualified / part qualified accountant, ideally with regulatory reporting knowledgeStrong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and investigate complex issuesThe initiative and curiosity to challenge current processes and develop effective alternative solutionsA high level of commitment and enthusiasmStrong control awareness including understanding the key controls required in an investment bankProven interpersonal, influencing and team working skills and the ability to communicate at multiple levels Skills that will help you in the role: Ability to work in a pressured environment and cope with the demand of working to tight deadlinesA team player who is able to challenge and develop direct reports Where will you be working?
