We also cross sell bank products to existing customer mapped to us and inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. We ensure high level of customer service to our 811 customers with assistance of Product operation group (POG) Job Role: Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and garner higher wallet share of the customers Increase the 811 book and Investment AUM portfolio by means of Acquiring, Enhancing, Deepening and Retention. Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service. Plan and organize lead generation activity, sales initiatives & events for prospective and existing clients. Cross – selling Balance Builder products : Demat,Trading,Credit Cards/FD/RD Build a Loan Porftolio : Personal,Auto,Two-wheeler,Gold,Home, LAP,LAS and more Third Party Products : Insurance such as General and Life,etc, Mutual Funds Other banking products as per customer’s need Prioritizing 360° customer engagement Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set and customers escalations are at bay. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction thus improving the NPS Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met as per the process and compliance Job Requirements: MBA/Graduate AMFI & IRDA Certification an added advantage for customer orientation Excellent Interpersonal skills – Written and oral.
