Responsibilities:
Shall be responsible for representing the Company in sales, product demonstrations, training and presentations of cranes and wire rope hoist on all equipment and configurations to customers and potential customers PAN India.
Shall be responsible for assisting in generating timely quotations to customers/potential customers.
Shall be responsible for collection of payment from the client as per the company’s payment terms and credit sales policy.
Shall be responsible for processing and distributing sales leads generated from trade shows and other promotional product literature.
Shall be responsible for evaluating sales activities, progress and results and take appropriate measures.
Shall be responsible for preparing and presenting various MIS report in Sales to Management.
Shall be responsible for following up with customers after delivery to complete all sales requirements and conditions.
Shall be responsible for guiding and mentoring the distributor sales representative to meet the set targets on time so that the overall sales objectives can be met as scheduled.
Shall be responsible for coordination with other key departments within the company (Production, Service, Engineering and Management).
Shall be responsible for doing any other activities as may be deemed of by the Management.
Requisite Skills:
A degree / diploma in an engineering discipline is preferred, but equivalent work rated experience may be considered.
Experience in Sales along with an understanding of capital equipment, manufacturing and engineering processes.
Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a high-pressure sales environment.
Goal-oriented, self-starter and a motivator.
Clear understanding of sales contracts / tenders and sales terms and conditions.
Ability to interact with employees of different performance levels.
Ability to reason and negotiate complex problems while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to successfully work as a team member and display leadership skills.
Openness to travel/ over night travel PAN India
Must have good negotiation skills
CTC : 2 lac to 2.5 lac (Depending upon your current CTC and the performance during the interview)
Interview Timeing : 12:00 TO 4:00 PM
