Sales Officer The ROLE We are looking for a highly motivated, genuinely passionate person as Sales Officer. The most important criteria for the job is your passion and technical knowledge of Automobiles and a strong desire to deliver on customer satisfaction. JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer customer queries on all sorts of order related queries through means of emails, messages and phone calls.
Follow through the entire order cycle from the moment an order is made to the final delivery.
Facilitate root cause investigation and follow through on corrective actions
SKILL SETS
Has to have EXCELLENT communication skills (perfect verbal and written English and spoken Marathi and Hindi)
Has a valid 4 wheeler driving license and can drive
Has extensive and in-depth knowledge of knowledge of automobiles, including technical details
Is computer proficient

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying, developing and implementing sales strategies (Product sales and Service Sales)
Cultivating the company’s reputation in the market, creating awareness about Auto-Mate India’s Products.
Responsible for helping the customers to fulfill all their queries satisfactorily.
Responsible for maintaining high quality service to clients.
Monitoring the delivery schedules, preparing regular reports and updates.
Ensuring superior customer service levels and higher customer satisfaction.
Organizing and participating in Exhibitions
24/7 availability over phone, including weekends – THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT
