Requirements
Essential
1 – 3 years of experience in a software testing role, testing enterprise, hosted applications and services.
Exposure to working in an agile development environment using SCRUM and Kanban.
Exposure to manual agile testing techniques such as Exploratory Testing using Session Based Test Management and Risk Based Testing.
Knowledge of software testing methodology (Various techniques, approaches, heuristics etc.).
A good applied understanding of querying MSSQL databases and using/manipulating XML.
Exposure to agile ALM tools, particularly TFS, Visual Studio and Microsoft Test Manager.
Exposure to defining lean and effective test plans and tests.
Exposure to working closely with a team of software engineers and product owners.
Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
Desirable
ISTQB Foundation in Testing with Agile Tester extension or similar qualification.
Exposure to working with geographically distributed team members.
Exposure to Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET Framework (v2.0 to v4.5) and C#.
Degree in a Computing related subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering etc.
Previous experience in the Healthcare domain.
