Travel and Expense – Corporate Cards Specialist

Your key responsibilities
Manage a variety of corporate card products. Execution of card application, cancellation, late payment follow-up and reconciliation activities, compliant with our policies and guidelines.
Track corporate card spend and initiate timely reminder to employee for settlement.
Prepare monthly dashboard for country management all regions, to highlight the top spenders, top defaulters, frequent delinquent, top expense types, top employees spent wise, and trends
Liaise with the corporate card provider as and when required
Prepare and distribute the specific corporate card related reports (aging, spend, delinquency, credit balances, late fees report etc.) with each business line
Closely monitoring the payment allocations of cards to avoid any late fees and delinquency
Preparing monthly Amex payment calendar and payment cut off dates as well
Requesting Amex to refund credit balance on cancelled account for all the regions.
Regular Manual payments to settle leavers Amex card balances
Be up to date with policy and exceptions at a country level
Support employees with queries related to expense policy and corporate cards
Liaise with the T&E Corporate Card Administration, T&E Audit, Policy Governance
Ensure that various controls in the process is followed without any compromise
Collaboration with subject matter experts in countries and internal domains like procurement, T&E, IT, etc. Project support for centralization of card programs/process enhancement
Need to be a team player and assist in various corporate card improvement/changes projects
Your skills and experience
Graduates/Postgraduates in business/finance with technical background
Minimum 3-5years of Travel & Expenses and Employee Corporate Credit Card Management
Excellent written and verbal German communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment
Knowledgeable and skilled in proper accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives. Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required, leadership skills will be essential for this role. Follow through skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients
