Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Support and assist with service operations and day-to-day management services ensuring stability and integrity, while meeting customer service levels.Ensure adherence to documented operational procedures & quality standards and create appropriate operational service documentation.Identify, log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve tickets and raise a problem if required.
Produce appropriate management information to report ticket management performance.Monitor effectiveness of ticket management and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure defined thresholds are not breached.Backlog management and timely resolution of tickets
