Coordination of interior works along with services and finishes as per the drawing and the client’s requirements. Ensure project quality standards and monitor that the contractors/vendors are maintaining the same. Communicate any project risks & issues to management and relevant contractors/vendors, as required. Estimate materials and labour (s) required to achieve project goals. Escalate to the management/contractors/vendors in case of shortage of materials, which are required to achieve project goals. Provide project reports and work status on a regular basis. Hold site meetings with all/required contractors. Hold joint measurements along with client and contractors and certify the. measurements for invoice preparation for contractors.
