This person will play the key role in the organization driving successful TOFU strategyKey Responsibilities Build and execute SMM performance marketing campaigns every month working with all stakeholder teams.Own the quality of customers and CAC.Identify new channels and ad formats for lead generation across all social media platformsResponsible for planning, budgeting,implementing and executing online customer acquisition campaigns in line with the demands of the business.Own the ad styling, tonality and creatives in collaboration with the design team. What will your typical day look likeIdeate out of the box marketing ideas for Pickyourtrail and be at the forefront of innovation.Understand the sales funnel of Pickyourtrail and how you can positively influence downward movement in the funnel.Analyse data and build reports for internal consumption and visibility on performance.More importantly, have the ability to translate these data points to insightful summaries that the management can digest easily.Lead multiple digital marketing experiments and initiatives across channels, with aggressive timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget.Measure ROI and funnel conversion at a campaign level and track improvements Requirements 3-4 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns across platformsExpert level knowledge of spreadsheet programs and analytical skillsGreat communication skillsExpertise in handling analytics platforms (Google, FB and Internal product traffic dashboards)Good to have – Querying skills to fetch necessary information from our DB.Good sense of curiosity to think like a prospective customer and what would potentially get them into our funnel.Eye for detailing and creative thinking to bring out fresh video/image ads in sync with the brand tonality.Good to have – Product and Channel attribution best practicesJob Type: Full-time
