Basic Function:
Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the beach.
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures
Role and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements. (70%)
Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs. (10%)
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%)
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts. (10%)
Non-Essential Functions
Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and beach
Maintain the beach area in an orderly and clean manner
Swimming/life guard skills to assist a guest in distress
CPR/First Aid skills/certification
Skills and Abilities:
Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
Able to read and speak English. Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
Able to read and speak English.
Experience:
Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
Education:
High school education or equivalent experience.
