Job Description
Data analysis from open TTs Data for identifying the existing customers Routers inventory allocation TT
Payment/Plan status checking in Siebel for Identified existing customers TTs
After successful payment/plan change need to call customer for order & address confirmation.
As per requirement need to raise SAP indent for router collection from stores
Post collection need to capture A/c wise Mac/Sl.no details in data sheet.
Need to pack in cover with address details and arrange the courier for pickup
Post pickup need to book the consumption in SAP
Capture the courier docket details in data file and need follow up for successful delivery within timeliness
Post successful delivery need to complete provision in Siebel CRM
Everyday need to send report to finance team.
Need to perform store transaction in Main Stores as and when needed
