We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to handle Sourcing & Recruiting IT requirements, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement, Generalist HR activities and Competence Mapping programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruiting for IT requirements
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Measure and manage employee retention and at all levels
Implement competence mapping cum performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual)
Implement and conduct 360° evaluation processes
Assist in HR Operations
Key Professional Attributes:
Good interviewing and assessment skills, particularly IT requirements
Pleasing and professional personality
Impactful engagement skills
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Team-player with strong communication & collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Qualifications Required:
Graduates in any field
Experience: 1-3 years
Immediate Joiners preferred
