Your Profile You are a fresh graduate or final year design student. You are curious about design thinking You are a passionate student of user research methodologies. Your portfolio has some case studies of product or research. You know what human computer interaction principles are. You know what a user persona is. You are comfortable with conducting research activities, AB testing etc. Proficiency in documentation methods. Excellent communication skills, you can listen as well as articulate Ability to think from the user side and find root causes of problems Basic idea about Agile methodology, know the tech constraints Basic idea about data & analytics. Knowledge of Google analytics will be a plus. Your Checklist Collaborate with product designers and product managers Plan and coordinate user research sessions Recruit participants for user testing sessions Document research findings Find user problems on a regular basis and contribute to our UX audit program.
