ResponsibilitiesConduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvementDesign training curricula within time and budget constraintsProduce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)Onboard new salespeopleCoordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknessesMonitor sales objectives and resultsCollect feedback from trainees and managers about training coursesReport on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminarsMaintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costsRequirementsProven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar roleExperience in a sales position is a plusAbility to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learningHands-on experience with e-learning platformsExcellent organizational skillsSolid communication and presentation abilitiesBachelor degree in Education,Additional certification in training is a plusEnglish Communication is a must.Preference: – Advisory Sales ExperienceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
