Timely Creation & update of all Training Uploads on various platforms.
Improvement in Standardization of Content as the final filter before uploads
Productivity boost for existing team members as they can focus more on aligned objects.
Assist in planning, implementing and co-ordinating each year’s training materials.
Liaison with external training Vendors to establish and maintain relationships.
Coordinate off-site training activities for employees
Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
Develop Training Content using various Tools.
