Full Job Description :-
Team Leader, Training

Key Roles and Responsibilities

§ Effectively manage, handle and support soft skills training sessions

§ Engage and influence the team in driving Learning and Development initiatives that are efficient and cost effective

§ Engage team to co-create both instructor led as well as digital training and development programs/plans to be administered through our Learning Management System

§ Roll out and drive training need analysis

§ Drive and support soft skills training initiatives across functions. Take up relevant soft skills training assignments, and ensure effective delivery

§ Provide inputs for development/enhancement of learning modules

§ Work with different SPOCs at different levels to drive end to end initiatives, MIS and reports / documentation etc.

§ Liaise with global counterparts for training interventions

§

Co-develop, implement and evaluate all performance measures including team performance as well as individual performance matrices esp with respect to GPP etc

§ Schedule and facilitate TTT programs across business

Create, revise, edit and proofread user manuals/ product guides for In-house applications

Work closely with Learning Management Support team to produce quality Training Guides for various Training Management tools and to make e-learning modules more user friendly and effective

Position Summary:
§ Support employee development in alignment with the organization strategy by facilitating professional development courses with measures of success.

§ Collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders to design, develop, schedule, deliver and track learning interventions – online trainer led sessions as well as courses published as part of the Learning Management System.

§ Analyze participant and stakeholder feedback to enhance course content, its relevance and impact

§ Prepare reports/metrics periodically and ensure documentation readiness for audits – internal and external

Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including compliance

Skills Sets:
§ Have extensive experience in facilitating and delivering training

§ Exposure to create and develop virtual training materials

§ An Engaging personality

§ Possess a committed, professional attitude in training

§ Competent in training related concepts and methodologies

§ Proficient in using standard MS office programs( Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.,)

§ Presentation, Feedback and Coaching skills

§ Adaptability and work ethics

§ Receptiveness to change and embrace continuous improvement

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

**Certificate in Instructional Designing/Training and Development courses/ Behavioral Training Programs will be a value addition.
