Basic Requirements Willing to work in Night Shift. Excellent communication and writing skills. Experience: 1 yr – 5 yrs Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest IT emerging technologies Must have exposure to complete life cycle of a contract, full time IT recruitment process, and end-to-end recruitment Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per client’s requirements (US and Domestic Hiring) Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT technologies Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions. Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), . Should be well versed with terms used in US (like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.) Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions. Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc., leading to joining post placement. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
