The customer success teams engage customers in a variety of ways. As the Visual Designer (Customer Success), you would be responsible for delighting the customer with impressive & beautiful visual content across all customer engagement avenues. Your aim will be to wow the customer & design content that is simple & memorable for the customer. Your job would require you to see our content from the eyes of the customer and gauge what would captivate the customer’s imagination and design content accordingly. Job Description Responsibilities: Visualize ideas into beautiful visual content (graphics & video) for various customer engagement avenues as well as for internal publications. Digital Webinars: Create graphics for webinar presentations & beautiful video content that wow the customer. Direct the webinar flow & execution to create a memorable experience for customers. Email journeys: Create banners, posters, graphics, logos for email campaigns going out to thousands of Freshworks customers Internal executive presentations: Translate ideas into visuals to create high-impact presentations for internal teams Work cross-functionally with the product & marketing teams to get relevant content inputs and design them. Qualifications Skills Proven experience in visual designing for multiple channelsProficient with Sketch, MarvelApp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign.A standout colleague; loves to work with cross-functional teams in understanding the detailed requirement and aligning the needs to business/ product vision. Has a deep understanding of visual design standards, typography, iconography, and colors.Open to constructive feedback.
