As part of this job profile you are required to perform the following duties:Planning and execution of orders and spare parts enquiries – primarily by email.Advise customers with our products and troubleshoot the problems faced in screw press and oil mill.Must be able to read drawings of parts and take measurements at the site.Responsible to deal with customers for machinery routine service or breakdown service.Responsible for service report of each customer visitAttentive to customer service requests or service support when requested.At Vishwa, we believe training and experience come with time. Whether you are technically or commercially is less important as long as you are attentive to details.
