Job Responsibilities :
Attending leads & enquiries and counselling about Regrow Therapy
Taking basic details of patient and coordination for medical reports, X ray, MRI
Effectively resolving all the queries of patients related to treatment, post surgery rehab, insurance etc
Assisting in overall coordination and managing process of Regrow Client Support
Coordination with various dept like operations, BDs, paramedics, accounts, hospitals, doctors etc for smooth process
Be a paneled expert physiotherapist on virtual clinic
Conduct CMEs, webinars, live events
Daily reporting to Management
Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.
